Health Insurance
Carrizo offers a Consumer Driven Health Plan and a traditional PPO Plan for employee and eligible dependents.

Dental and Vision Insurance
100% of the premiums paid on the behalf of employee and eligible dependents.  Both dental and vision are offered within a PPO network.

Disability Insurance
Carrizo offers short-term and long-term disability benefits that provide eligible employees with income protection for an injury or illness. This coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.

Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Carrizo provides basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance up to two times employee’s annual base salary and at no cost to the employee.

Health Savings Account
Health Savings Accounts are only available to individuals who are enrolled in a Consumer Driven Health Plan and is a tax-exempt savings account for the purpose of paying for qualified medical expenses.

Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Spending Account
These IRS-regulated benefits provide the option of deferring pre-tax dollars towards qualifying expenses.

401(k)
Carrizo offers a 401(k) savings plan in which employees can enroll and defer before-and/or-after tax contributions. The company matches 100% of the first 6% of employee contributions.

Voluntary Benefits
Carrizo provides its employees the opportunity to purchase voluntary benefits at group rates.  These benefits include: Supplemental Life Insurance; Pre-Paid Legal Services; and Identity Theft Monitoring.

Paid Time Off
In addition to paid holidays, Carrizo provides paid time off starting at four or five weeks per year.
